Experiential & Event 3D Visualization
Brand activations, pop-ups, VIP lounges, conference floors and sports hospitality, rendered so your client can walk the space and sign off before anyone builds it.
Experiential agencies bring me in at two moments: the pitch, when a concept has to feel real enough to win the room, and production, when the client needs to see exactly what fabrication will deliver. I model the space at real scale, light it like the event, and place the brand where it will actually live, from hero moments and photo ops to signage, screens and furniture.
Recent work includes hospitality and partner spaces for the Super Bowl, Dreamforce, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the NFL Commissioner’s Party, plus brand environments and launches for Google Pixel, INFINITI at Grand Central, Taco Bell, Nissan and TD Bank.

FAQ
Questions agencies ask
What do you need to start an event render?
A floor plan or venue drawings, the creative deck or sketches, brand guidelines and any fabrication notes. Rough is fine: I can block out the space from a sketch and refine as the design locks.
Can you work with our fabricator’s drawings?
Yes. I can build from CAD, SketchUp or Vectorworks files supplied by the fabricator, or deliver views that fabrication teams can build from.
Do you work remotely with agencies across the US?
Yes. I work with experiential agencies across the US, slotting into your producers’ and designers’ workflow.
How fast can you turn around pitch renders?
It depends on scope, but pitch work is usually scheduled around your presentation date. Share the deadline in the form below and I’ll confirm availability quickly.
